CAMP T-SHIRTS:
Included in cost of camp

CAMP STORE:
Will be available at all camps to purchase volleyball apparel and snacks.

CARS:
Use of a car during camp session is NOT allowed.

HOUSING:
Apartment-style, air-Conditioned with 24-Hour Supervision

INSURANCE COVERAGE:
Participant insurance coverage will be primary coverage.

ATHLETIC TRAINERS:
On duty during camp, physician is on call 24-hours a day.

APPLICATIONS:
Walk up registration allowed, but please call first.

DEADLINE DATE:
We take registrations on a “first come, first served basis.” A $10 late fee will be assessed for all registrations received within 5 days of the camp or clinic.

CAMP CONFIRMATIONS:
All camp confirmations will be sent to you prior to the start of camp via email and will include directions for camp and details of what you will need to bring, in addition to medical forms you will need to have completed for registration at the start of each camp.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cancellations: A full refund, less a $25 or $50 administrative processing fee, will be issued for any cancellation received at least two weeks prior to the start of the camps session. There will be no refunds for any cancellations within 14 days of camp.  Refunds will be processed after the last camp session has ended.
