Satellite Camp Information for Coaches

1.       Preferred minimum of 20 campers.  If you have less than 20 the cost still stays the same as if you had 20.  For example if we are running a 4-session camp at $100/camper, it would be a total of $2000 for the whole camp regardless of if you have exactly 20 campers or less than that, the school would just make up the difference.  If it is over 20, then you would still multiply the $100/camper to get the total cost of the camp.

2.       If the host school of the camp is over 30 miles away, the school will be responsible for gas money in addition to the cost of the camp at $0.35/mile

3.       If the host school of the camp is over 60 miles away, and the camp will run over 2 days or more, the school will be responsible for gas money in addition to lodging for the camp staff.  You can choose to either put us in a hotel or to save money, find a host family within your program who is willing to have the staff stay at their home.

4.       Cost breakdown of the camp (sessions are 2-2.5 hours long and you can design how many sessions you would like):

-          1 session = $45/camper
-          2 sessions = $60/camper
-          3 sessions = $90/camper
-          4 sessions = $100/camper
-          5 sessions = $125/camper
